These terms apply to the Offgrid Pro website, planner, configurator, and related account services.
A planning tool, not an electrical design
Results are estimates based on the information and assumptions available. They do not replace an electrical design, site inspection, product documentation, or approval by a qualified professional. Verify loads, surge current, conductor size, protection, grounding, equipment compatibility, installation methods, and local rules before purchasing or connecting equipment.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Subscription
Offgrid Pro Annual is €20 per year before any taxes shown at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the provider used to purchase it. Access continues through the paid period unless law or the provider's terms require otherwise. Refund rights follow applicable law and the payment or app-store terms presented at purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse automated requests, upload harmful material, or use the app to create instructions you know are unsafe or unlawful.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We aim to preserve saved work but recommend keeping copies of important system information.
Ownership
Offgrid Pro and its software, visual design, and original content remain the property of OnionTavern and its licensors. You retain ownership of information and project data you create.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Offgrid Pro is provided without guarantees that every estimate is complete or suitable for a particular installation. We are not responsible for equipment selection, electrical work, property damage, injury, or losses caused by relying on an estimate without professional verification. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
